Sunday October 19th, 2014 I got the worse news ever. My amazing, sweet, and funny Grandpa Ken passed away. :( It has been the two hardest weeks of my life. He was my last biological grandfather and all i have left for grandparents is my mom's mom Grandma Nancy. I have done everything I can to keep my busy so I don't dwell on it and end up crying everyday for the last two weeks. What really is going to be hard is we are not having his memorial until this upcoming summer at the family cabin, so technically I have 8-9 months before I am able to say my goodbyes. That is going to be one of the hardest things besides knowing that when I get married in 7 months he won't be there. So i'm just an emotional mess lately and it is no fun at all.
Dear Grandpa Ken,
You are truly missed and i'm glad you are reunited with Grandma Phyllis in heaven. Can Grandma and you please watch over me and guide me?
